General Information

The Association is located in Lauderdale Lakes, FL, and consists of 260 units in two buildings, legally referred to as Building 5 and Building 6.  Although the developer built 8 buildings in 4 phases (A, B, C, and D), each phase is a separate corporation, with separate governance, and there is no legal intermingling of the phases.

Cypress Chase Condominium Association C is a 55+ community.  This means that at least one owner/resident of each unit must be at least 55 years of age.  Children under 18 are not allowed to reside in the community.
 
Additionally, the Association has several rental restrictions in place:
  • Owners must own their unit for at least 2 years before they will be allowed to rent.
  • A rental security deposit of $500 is required.
  • Rental applicants must be screened and approved by the board of directors.
  • Renters and owners must both sign a rental addendum.

All applicants, whether for purchasing or leasing, must complete an application package, submit the required fee, and go through the Association's approval process.  You may download the  application package below.

Insurance Information

The Association’s budget contains insurance for the common property of the association. It does not cover the unit owner’s personal property. It is strongly recommended that all unit owners obtain and maintain a condominium owner’s insurance policy (HO6).  See our FAQ page for more information on HO6 policies.

Estoppels may be requested directly from our accounting agent. To request an estoppel, send your form with payment as outlined below:
